Students of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies visited the Main Statistical Office in Kharkiv region on April 24, 2019.
The meeting took place within the framework of the planned "Career Week". Ihor Naumov, deputy head of the Main Statistical Office in Kharkiv region, told the students studying under the educational program "Human Geography" about the main directions of the work of the Regional Statistical Office.
Head of the department of communications with users and the public Olga Nepohatova told the students in detail about work peculiarities of the employees of the Main Statistical Office in Kharkiv region and answered their questions. In addition, she payed attention on the vacant positions of the Regional Statistical Office, which our students may claim.
So, meeting with potential employers was quite productive. In addition representatives of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies Assist. Professor Pavlo Virchenko and Assist. Professor Liudmyla Kliucko agreed on further cooperation with the Main Statistical Office in the Kharkiv region. Representatives of the Regional Statistical Office also confirmed their interest in further cooperation.
