Maryna Lohvynova is a PhD student of the department of Human Geography and Regional Studies.
She was born on January 23, 1994 in the village Kam’ana Yaruga of Chuguevsky county of Kharkiv region. In 2011, he entered the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University at the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism, who graduated with honors in 2017 and received a Master's degree in Human Geography. The topic of the master's thesis: "Economic and geographical features of the branch of plant growing in Kharkiv region". During three years of study at the university he was chairman of the Student Scientific Society of the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism. In 2017 he entered the PhD courses at the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies. She works on the PhD thesis on the topic: "Human-Geographical Features of Agricultural Development in Kharkiv region".
She takes part in the research project “Ukrainian geopolitical fault-line cities: urban identities, geopolitics and urban policy” (link)
