Dmytro Sherstyuk


Dmytro Sherstyuk is a PhD student of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies of the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

He was born on May 12, 1995 in the village of Mokra Kalihirka, Katerynopil district, Cherkasy region. In 2012, he entered V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University at the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism, which he graduated in 2018 and obtained a master's degree in "Earth Sciences", educational program "Geography".

In 2023, he entered full-time PhD studies at the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies.

He is working on a PhD research on the topic: "Human-geographical foundations of regional development (on the example of Poltava region)".
