On February 24, 2021, , the 4th year students enrolled in the educational programs "Geography of Recreation and Tourism", "Geography" took part in a master-class on conflicts and the art of negotiation within learning the optional discipline "Secrets of a Successful Leader". During the lesson, Ph.D. in Pedagogy, Assoc. Prof. Serhii Makhnovsky acquainted the participants of the workshop with negotiation models, life hacks of negotiation, the art of managing conflicts and strategies for their regulation. The competencies and soft skills acquired by students are undoubtedly very important and necessary both in their studies and in everyday life.
