Assistant Professor took part in a video conference with Shandong University of Science and Technology

Representatives of Karazin University took part in a video conference with Shandong University of Science and Technology on October 30, 2020.

Karazin University was represented by the Head of the International Relations Office, Professor Oleksandr Khyzhnyak, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Associate Professor Svitlana Virotchenko and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism, Associate Professor of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies Kateryna Kravchenko, Head of the Department of Geography, Recreation and Tourism, Associate Professor Andriy Matveev, managers of the International Relations Office Yulia Koval, Daria Rashchupkina and Bohdan Logvynenko.

Shandong University of Science and Technology was represented by Yu Weifang, Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation, Kun Yanjiao, fellows of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation, Gao Yanli, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Sun Wenling, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Energy and Mining, Zhang Yuzhang Faculty of Foreign Languages and Jiang Lishuai Faculty of Energy and Mining.

The videoconference discussed the deepening of cooperation between universities in the field of academic student mobility and exchange of lecturers and researchers in the fields of foreign languages, geology, geography, recreation and tourism.

There was a presentation of the management of the faculties and experience of international cooperation of Shandong and Karazin universities during the event. The parties agreed to deepen cooperation and implement international academic mobility, in particular, discussed algorithms for internships and exchanges, organization of summer and winter schools, coordination of work between these faculties of both institutions of higher education.
