Was held at the the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies on November 9, 2018, , within the work of the specialized academic council K 64.051.23, The defence of PhD students of the department for obtaining the degree of the PhD in Geography Kateryna Kravchenko on the topic "Human-geographical features of the formation and development of the settlement system of Kharkiv region" and Olexiy Chuev on the topic "Spatial GIS-analysis of the infrastructure component of the urbogeosystem (for example, the city of Kharkiv)".
The defence was conducted at the high level, the work was approved by the members of a specialized academic council.
