On January 25, 2018 Associate Professor of the Department Yu.I. Kandyba was given a lecture on the school course "Human Geography of Ukraine" for geography teachers. The lecture was attended by 15 teachers of secondary schools of Kharkiv region, who are attend advanced training courses. The peculiarities of the contemoirary socio-economic situation of Ukraine were highlighted, regional aspects of its socio-economic development were revealed, problems of the reform of the administrative-territorial structure of the state were discussed during the lecture.
