In the period from 18 to 23 September, the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies visited by the professor of the Department of Geography at the University of Girona Josep Vila Subiros.
The purpose of admission is to read lectures and exchange experiences in scientific and educational activities. Reception was funded through the Erasmus+ program.
On September 18 he met with the staff of the departments and students, listened to the presentation on the Department of Human Geography and presented the Department of Geography at the University of Girona. A tour of the city of Kharkiv was also held.
On September 19, Josep Vila Subirso participated in the International Science and Practice Conference "Region 2017: Optimal Development Strategy". He also got acquainted with the work of the Specialized Academic Council at the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (meeting of the Specialized Academic Council K.64.051.23 specialty 11.00.02).
On September 20 he participated in the International scientific and practical seminar "Anthropogenic factor of landscape changes and their ecological consequences in the coastal regions", as well as got acquainted with the curriculum, the educational and scientific literature of the department.
On September 21, he held a lecture for postgraduate students, and also got acquainted with work at the Central Scientific Library of the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
On September 22, Josep Villa lectured and lectured by the teachers of the department.
Upon completion of the reception, he was given a certificate.
