On September 29, 2022, The Assistant Professor of the department, Yuriy Kandyba, held a lecture online for geography students of the Sumy State University named after A.S. Makarenko on the topic "Labor resources of Ukraine". During the lecture, the current problems of the use of labor resources of Ukraine were highlighted, in particular, the scale and geographical features of labor migration from Ukraine to other countries, the impact of quarantine measures on the labor market of Ukraine during the Covid-2019 pandemic, the current state of use of the labor potential of Ukraine in the conditions of the war with Russian Federation.
