Students of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies of the group GC-22 recently returned from the field stage of the educational professional-oriented practice.
During the field stage, the students visited the geographical center of Europe (Dilove village), climbed the mountain of Hoverla to the highest point of Ukraine, got acquainted with technology of cooking cheese in the Selytsky Cheese Dairy, visited the center of the wreath – village Isa, swam in the hot springs of Beregovo city, "stormed" Kamyanets-Podilsky and Khotyn fortresses, Khust, Mukacheve, Nevytsky, Uzhgorod, Chinadiyevsky castles and the palace of the Count Shenborny, visited the Hungarian Institute, the Shiipit waterfall, the Lake Synevir and the rehabilitation center of the brown bears, climbed the mountain to Mount Gimba, got acquainted with the work of some industrial enterprises of Kamyanets-Podilsky and Khotyn, got acquainted with tourist objects of Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Rakhiv, Mukachevo, Uzhgorod, Volovets.
All the students of the group prepared a transfer about geographic objects and served as guides for their groupmates. Among the best transferers of the GC-22 group are Glushchenko Anastasia, Logvinenko Maria, Popov Igor, Lozova Ilona, Mukhtorova Katerina and Vladu Elizaveta. After completing the practice, some students seriously thought about opening their own tourism business.
