PhD students of the department took part in the XI regional competition of scientific works

October 24 Post-graduate students of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies Kravchenko K.O., Logvinova M.O., Suptelo O.S. took part in the XI regional contest of scientific works "Gender Policy by the Eyes of Ukrainian Youth". Kravchenko K.O. acted in the section "Kharkiv - an Equal Opportunity City" with the report "Gender Equality in Education", which caused a lot of discussion issues and was awarded with a diploma of the III degree and a special prize from the Department of Science and Education of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration. Logvinova M.O. made a presentation "Gender aspects of employment of the population of the Kharkiv region", and Suptelo O.S. with the report "Gender Peculiarities of the Territorial Division of the Population of the Kharkiv Region as a Significant Aspect of Regional Sustainable Development. All the reports caused considerable interest and lively discussion among the audience.
