The head of the department, Prof. Liudmyla NIEMETS, Prof. Kateryna SEHIDA, Assoc. Prof. Yurii KANDYBA, as part of the jury, joined the III stage of the 61st All-Ukrainian Student Geography Olympiad in Kharkiv region for 2024/2025 academic year, which took place on February 6, 2025 online at the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. 166 students from educational institutions in the city of Kharkiv and the regions of the region took part in the III stage of the Olympiad.
