On September 19, 2018, at the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies, within the framework of a discussion club for students, postgraduates and young scientists, a lecture by a professor at the Department of Geography at the University of Girona (Spain), Joseph Viil Subisor, who was trained at the department under the Erasmus + program, for students, postgraduates and the teachers of the department. During the lecture, Joseph Vila Subirus told the audience about the socio-economic and political situation in Catalonia, the peculiarities of academic and scientific work at the Department of Geography at the University of Giraud. The lecture caused a lively discussion.
