The final stage of the university contest for the defense of student research papers in the section "Geography" took place at the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism on December 20, 2018.
The results of the Faculty Contest of Student Scientific Papers revealed the strongest in the section "Geography", where prize-winning places were taken by students of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies:
I place – Daria Venhryn (GCR-52, scientific supervisor – D.Sc. in Geography Kateryna Sehida);
ІІІ place – Ievhenii Zaitsev (GCR-12, scientific supervisor – PhD in Geography Yurii Kandyba).
Congratulations to the winners of the university stage of the Contest of Student Scientific Papers in the section "Geography", we wish further scientific achievements.
Daria Venhryn will present our university at the All-Ukrainian Contest of Student Scientific Papers which will take place in the city of Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky (Kyiv region).
We thank all participants and their scientific supervisors – Associate Professors Kateryna Sehida, Yurii Kandyba, Yulia Prasul, Oksana Zalyubovska for preparing students for the competition.
