The defense of two PhD theses (Anastasiia Mazurova, applicant of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University on the topic: " Human-geographical features of the functioning of the city social and geographical system (case study of the city of Kharkiv)” and and Olena Nikolaeva on the topic PhD student of the Department of Human Geography and Tourism of I.I. Mechnikov Odessa National University: "Recreational economic complex of Odessa region") was held at the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies, in the framework of the work of the specialized academic council, K.64.051.23 on October 12, 2018.
