On December 4, 2019, during the curatorial hour, students of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies (academic groups GC-22, GR-21 and GC-42) visited the branch of Ukrgasbank № 380/20, where a career meeting with representatives of this institution was held.
Vladislav Lugoviy, Head of Branch No. 380/20 of Kharkiv Regional Directorate of Ukrgasbank, told students about the features of Ukrgasbank's work, credit and investment programs, work with clients, environmental programs of the bank.
Students received interesting information about job opportunities in the Bank's branches, requirements for applicants for vacant positions from the Head of Retail Business Department Vitaliy Golozubov.
In addition, bank representatives provided practical advice on resume preparation and interviewing with potential employers, and answered students’ questions.
On behalf of the University management, Assistant Professor of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies P.A. Virchenko expressed his sincere gratitude to the management of Branch No. 380/20 of Kharkiv Regional Directorate of "Ukrgasbank" V.P Lugovoi and V.O. Golozubov for the opportunity given to the students directly to get acquainted with the work of a banking institution and to understand what professional competencies should be considered while studying at a university for successful future employment.
