On September 12, 2018 the meeting of the discussion club was held at the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies, where the first-year students get acquainted with the department. Head of the department, D.Sc. in Geography, professor Liudmyla Niemets made presentation of the department, introduced the students to the faculty members, the senior lecturer of the department Kateryna Kravchenko invited students to take part in the Discussion Club for students, PhD sudents and young scientists. In addition, the student of the department, Anastasiya Mazurova told the audience about the peculiarities of her internship in Poland, graduates of the department Ihor Doroshenko and Anastasia Vinogradova shared their impressions of staying in Germany, and the 5th year student of the department, Darya Vengrin, told her plans for future studies at the University of Girona (Spain) under the program Erasmus +.
