On November 11, 2021 an applicant of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies Olha SUPTELO defended her PhD thesis in the one-time specialized academic council DF 64.051.032 of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University on the topic: “Post-industrial transformations of the city of Kharkiv: human-geographical aspects" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 10 - Natural Sciences, specialty 103 - Earth Sciences, performed under the guidance of Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Professor Liudmyla NIEMETS.
