On October 30, 2025, academic staff and PhD students of the K. Niemets Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies took part in the webinar "Lecturer’s Emotional Competence". The speaker of the webinar was the head of the psychological service of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Svitlana Nezabytovska.
During the webinar, topical issues of psychology in the relationship between lecturers and students were considered, in particular, models of psychological emotional competence of a lecturer, features of the psychological portrait of a contemporary student, the role of psychoeducation as a tool for strengthening the mental health of participants in the educational process, manifestations of emotional leadership in the classroom.
The topic of the webinar aroused great interest from the audience, many questions were asked. The professional psychologist delivered comprehensive answers to them.
