On February 20, 2026, lecturers of the K. Niemets Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies, members of the working group from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, took part in an online working meeting on the project: "Nature Restoration - challenges and opportunities for future landscape specialists" (FutureLand), funded by the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships for Higher Education program (KA220-HED). The participants of the project are the University of East Finland (Finland), Universitat de Girona (Spain), Université luav di Venezia (Italy), the Regional Council of North Karelia (Finland), Diputacio de Girona (Spain), Ente Parco Regionale Veneto Delta del Po (Italy) and V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
During the working meeting, the coallegues considered financial issues of the project, organization of the second and third webinars, outlined ideas for the next webinars, determined the dates of the reflection webinar (June 8-10, 2026), and discussed the prospects for the project implementation.
