On March 30, 2026, a meeting was held with Viktor Dvornikov, an architect-restorer and urban planner. It was a part of the "Career Week" of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
The speaker spoke on the topic "Aspects of city development and the role of the public sector", within which he shared his vision of modern urban processes, outlined the key challenges of urban development and emphasized the importance of interaction between the authorities, scientists and the community. Special attention was paid to the role of public initiatives in the formation of high-quality urban space and the influence of an active civil society on decision-making.
