On March 16, 2018 the 2nd and 3rd year students of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies (groups GC-22, GC-32) of the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University attended the Department of International Cooperation and Tourism of the Kharkiv Regional Palace of Children and Youth’s Creativity. The purpose of the event was to get acquainted with the structure of the educational institution, areas of its activity, opportunities for future employment. The students’question answered Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Tourism Cherednichenko Oleg. Students were interested in the peculiarities of work in a complex out-of-school institution and programs of international cooperation in the field of education and tourism. In addition, the students visited the model museum of the Kharkiv Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity and got acquainted with the photos of the picturesque corners of Kharkiv region in the photo exhibition "Country of Dreams".
These vocational guidance meetings became traditional for the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies, which enable students to understand better opportunities and prospects for future professional activities.
