PhD Student, Senior Lecturer of the Department Kravchenko Katerina participated in the development and defence the White Paper - an author's document in the framework of the international online conference "The Research Initiative on Democratic Reforms in Ukraine", which states a specific perspective or position on the problem and / or proposes a solution to the problem. co-authored with Maxim Belyay (PhD student of the Karizin School of Business) and Sabina Ismailova (student of the Faculty of Philology).
The paper is devoted to issues of gender equality in Ukraine. It raised considerable interest in a wide range of researchers, members of the Initiative, politicians and took the first place in the competition.
