We invite you to take part in the forth webinar within the series on the topic: "The Implementation of the EU Nature Restoration Regulation in Spain and Catalonia: A Multilevel Governance Perspective", which will take place on April 24, 2026.

The webinar is held as part of the project "Nature Restoration – challenges and opportunities for future landscape specialists" (FutureLand) under the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships for Higher Education program (KA220-HED) together with colleagues from Spain, Italy and Finland. The K. Niemets Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies of the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism is the executor of the grant project from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
The webinar will address the issues of implementation of the EU nature restoration Regulation on in Spain and Catalonia, embodiment of nature restoration policies at different governmental levels (from national to local), existing challenges and prospects, as well as practical steps and solutions for nature restoration combining with agriculture.
The webinar will include presentations by representatives of Spanish executive authorities, local governments, and non-governmental organizations.
