The lecturers of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies, Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism together with the NGO "Ukrainian Union of Young Geographers" held a series of lectures for the members of the union and everyone else. In particular, D.Sc. in Geography, Prof. Kateryna SEHIDA, PhD in Geography, Assoc. Prof. Kateryna KRAVCHENKO and PhD in Geography, Assoc. Prof. Yuriy Kandyba. The problems and prospects of Ukraine's restoration (lecturer - Kateryna KRAVCHENKO), geopolitical problems and challenges (lecturer - Yuriy KANDYBA) and demographic problems caused by military actions (lecturer - Kateryna SEGIDA)were discussed. In total, more than 100 listeners joined the lecture. Also, during the lecture period, students of the faculty and, on a part-time basis, members of the association of the NGO "USMG" visited the Scientific School "Development of Communities and Territories" in the city of Chernivtsi. During 4 days, all participants were involved in researching the problems of the city of Chernivtsi and Bukovyna. At the end of the scientific school, the research results were presented in the form of cartographic materials on the studied territory.
