The purpose of the research: development of a scientifically grounded model of human potential formation in Ukraine with indication of structural components, quantitative and qualitative characteristics, causal relationships with demographic processes, factors and levers of leveling demographic problems, spatial hierarchical structure, which will be the basis for scientifically justified measures of regional demographic policy.
