Viktor Rodionov is a PhD student of the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies of the Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
In 1983, he entered the Kharkiv Coaching Faculty of the Kyiv State Institute for Physical Culture, specializing in Cycling, and graduated in 1989. He was working as a cycling coach at the School of Higher Sports Mastery from 1989 to 2001. He was working at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University as the director of the "Univer" Football Club from 2001 to 2022.
He entered full-time PhD studies at the Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies in 2022.
He is working on a PhD research on the topic: "Human-geographical features of the formation of human potential of Ukraine".
